My story
I've been there – and I'm here to help you navigate through it all.
Hey there! I'm Kara, a certified life coach who specializes in helping folks let go of people-pleasing behaviors and set healthy boundaries. I've been through my fair share of challenges - abuse, divorce, and loss - and these experiences forced me to take a hard look at what kind of person I wanted to be, for myself and my daughter.

I know firsthand how draining it is to depend on others for approval and self-esteem as a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist. As a single parent, I also know how challenging it can be to establish and maintain boundaries, especially in the context of parenting.

Since earning my coaching certification, I've helped some incredible men and women from 15 different nationalities stand up and own their worth. With a background in psychology, dance, and education, I bring a nuanced approach to my clients in a judgment-free space.
